TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING A 50% RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MOVED ONCE WITH THE MINIMUM NOTICE REQUIRED. AMENDMENTS WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME WILL REQUIRE A NEW BOOKING FEE.

ALL TATTOOING APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 72 BUSINESS HOURS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES.

ALL BROW AND LASH STYLING APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 BUSINESS HOURS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES'

AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION FEE.

FAILURE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL INCURE A 100% APPOINTMENT FEE AND IS REQUIRED TO BE PAID BEFORE ANY FUTUTRE BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE.

IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME REQUIRED, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL REMAIN ON YOUR ACCOUNT AS CREDIT - REFUNDS CANNOT BE ISSUED.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARRIVE ONTIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, IF YOUR ARE LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE ALTERED OR CANCELLED TO SUIT THE REMAINING TIME, AND YOU WILL STILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF THE FULL ORIGINAL BOOKING.

IF YOU ARE UNWELL, PLEASE GET IN CONTACT TO RESCHEDULE. IF YOU ATTEND AND ARE UNWELL YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND THE FULL APPOINTMENT FEE WILL BE REQUIRED.
